Kirstie Atherton – Celebrant

I'm Kirstie, a warm and encouraging Cheshire-based celebrant who specialises in completely personalised ceremonies which reflect the true nature of the individual, their love and their life. I am a heart-led listener, who devotes time to families in order to establish a connection with them and their loved one.

I am qualified to the UK's highest standard and was proud to receive a Distinction in my MA Creative Writing. I craft living-funerals, funerals, memorials, ashes ceremonies and celebrations of life.

I care deeply about my work and the life-long comfort that a truly bespoke ceremony brings. I am hugely grateful for the enormous privilege of supporting families through their hardest days and I'm welcoming of new ways in which to commemorate and memorialise those we love.
