Help & Hope in One Little Book

Help & Hope in One Little Book

Help & Hope in One Little Book by The Good Grief Trust Charity, in collaboration with Grief Kid, is a pocketbook to help guide those who are bereaved through their grief. Concise and easy to read, with beautiful illustrations by Ann O’Malley, this book explores some of the realities of grieving and provides helpful insights for both the bereaved and for those who are supporting them.

WHAT WHITEBALLOON THINKS

There are so many interesting and supportive books about grief, but the beauty of this one is that it is just 55 pages long and small enough to fit into a pocket. It summarises key things for the bereaved and for those around them – how you or they might feel; the sheer ‘messiness’ of grief; what to say and what not to say and do; and, importantly, messages of comfort and hope.
