Free Probate Helpline. Our aim is to save families time, money and stress at one of the most difficult times of their lives. We offer a fixed fee probate administration service as well as estate planning, inheritance tax advice and the drafting of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Bradbury Stell Probate Services Ltd is a sister company to Bradbury Stell Chartered Certified Accountants. The Director is Robert Stell FCCA, an accountant by training. Since the Probate market was opened up in 2007, accountants have been allowed to compete with solicitors and to obtain a licence to offer Probate services. Bradbury Stell offers non-contentious Probate advice and a Will Writing service. We offer both of these services at a fixed fee, guide prices can be found on our Service page. If you are coming to this website having been appointed an Executor, I have written a book that may well be of use to you right now.
